Learning And Development Manager
Current- To develop and deliver learning programmes focused on adult learning methods and based on employee/client needs (incl. technical training and soft skills training), business priorities and best practice;
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training by deploying measurement and feedback tools that track outcomes and ensure alignment of objectives as well as to assess and provide feedback to learners;
- Coordinating and scheduling of training;
- To provide technical support and expertise through query resolution in support of the business in overall development of employees;
- Assisting respective internal clients with the implementation of changes to existing products and processes as well as new products;
- To provide support as a team member with regards to learning & development projects and technology;
