Saltside is the parent company for leading online marketplaces in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Ghana. All markets use the same platform which is designed and developed by Saltside in India (formerly Sweden). Reporting directly to the CEO, led several initiatives over the years to bring growth and profitability to the entire organisation. Transferred to Colombo for setting up a new development centre and improving communications between market and platform teams. Worked directly with multiple teams of Backend, Frontend and Quality Engineers along with Designers, Marketers and Business stakeholders across the length and breadth of the organisation in Sweden, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana and Nigeria.Key achievements- Conducted research, discovery, prototyping and eventual implementation of a new monetisation solution which integrated Checkout, Payment Options (including offline), Customer Support, CRM, BPO, and Real- time analytics to deliver 10x growth in conversions. This growth resulted in a 400% increase in MRR within the first 6 months.- Monitored and analysed data from all businesses over several months to generate 50% increase in revenue from existing products through pricing changes and new product variants.- Research, concept, design, development and multi-geography GTM strategy of a new product which raised the average ticket size of promoted advertisements by 5x.

Manipal Global Education Services, also known as Manipal Education, is a leading international provider of high-quality higher education services. It also owns and operates university campuses in India, Malaysia, Antigua, Dubai and Nepal. It currently offers services and support to over 400,000 students through it's award-winning platform EduNxt. - Product Manager for EduNxt Learning Management System, caters to Higher Education institutions. - Responsible for upgrading the User Experience of the product to Web 2.0 and consumer-internet standards; improved adoption by 30% on web and 70% on mobile- EduNxt Mobile App: ~100k downloads, 1mn+ Quizzes Taken, more than 50 subjects supported, developing white-labeled solutions for Corporate Programs- Understanding new business requirements and translating them to technical specifications for development- Designed and created the marketing collaterals of the product to enable the Sales teams to improve lead conversion- Co-developed a Facebook Analytics application and an automated report generation tool to measure marketing effectiveness of Facebook pages of Universities across the world. Also in charge of Training and Knowledge transfer for new recruits into the Android team. - End-to-end Design and Development of Trainee Performance Monitoring System, which included conceptualization, information architecture, wireframing and UI design, to ensure stringent quality checks and improve training processes using ASP.NET framework. - Training and Batch Management of new recruits for the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team. - Co-Designed the course titled ‘Business Intelligence and its Applications’, now an Industry Elective under the Campus Connect program, adopted by over 15 Engineering and Management colleges across India.
