Simon is Chief Financial Officer of Conga, where he is responsible for the financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, legal, revenue operations, business analytics, procurement, and corporate development functions, as well as providing the leadership team and board of directors with financial and strategic guidance. Simon joins Conga with over 15 years of public and private company leadership experience and has a proven track record of leading global teams and driving operational rigor. Prior to Conga, Simon served as the CFO of ServiceMax, where he guided the business through a period of rapid expansion and profitability until its acquisition by PTC in 2023. In this role, Simon oversaw ServiceMax’s global finance and accounting teams, as well as the corporate development, business operations, and IT functions. Prior to ServiceMax, Simon spent more than a decade at General Electric, where he served in a number of finance executive roles, including Executive Audit Manager for GE’s Global Operations and CFO of GE Digital. Simon holds a BS from the University of the West of England and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
