Managed subcontracts, negotiated contracts and change orders, reviewed design for accuracy and constructability, prepared project schedules and payment applications and managed office staff which included field engineers, designers, QA/QC, project administrator and craft supervision.

Brown & Root Braun - Unocal FCCU Revamp - Santa Maria, CAThis was a 1.1 million work-hour project with a total installed cost of over $150MM.Was responsible for project accounting activities including P&L, budgets, payment applications and accounts payable. Participated in the negotiations of subcontract change orders, tracked all 3rd party construction equipment. Also acted as computer and software support person for total staff of over 30.Brown & Root, Inc. (Logcap)- Bosnia, Croatia & HungaryOperation Joint Endeavor Participated in the preparation of weekly cash payroll for over 2000 local nationals, processing over 400-employee expense reports weekly. Made enormous cash payments to local suppliers for services and materials provided. Also transported cash as well as pertinent documents between the 3 countries, and participated in the introduction and training of new-hire US and Western European Expiates entering the “theater”.
