My recent experience has been as a project coordinator for an AV integration company. During my time as project coordinator, I took the lead and served as the project manager for several projects, working towards my goal of becoming a Project Manager. Most of my professional career has been spent in the social services arena, with the majority of my experience on the administrative side, leading the Quality Improvement Departments of two child welfare organizations. As the Quality Improvement Director for a small organization, I was often required to multi-task, which made me capable of quickly adapting to changing situations, learning new technologies, and devising responsive strategies in ever-changing environments. I have extensive experience with managing cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration and communication that achieve desired outcomes. I am adept at quickly understanding the customers needs and goals, along with their frustrations. This enables me to establish an effective plan for success, while avoiding some of the pitfalls for a project. I pay close attention to detail and produce high-quality work the first time.I believe I excel as both a mentor and a supportive teammate, regardless of the project. What I feel sets me apart is my commitment to my employer and providing excellent service to customers. I take the organization's mission and values seriously and work diligently with customers and staff to become a trusted and valued colleague. I make it my job to provide the support necessary to ensure the successful completion of all projects with which I am involved.
