In charge of all product development issues to ensure that all facets of sales, marketing, purchasing and production are considered and addressed before developing or releasing any new product or changing existing ones. Responsible for organization and scheduling of all projects and coordinating departments.

As ISO Coordinator, wrote Quality Management System Manual and procedures, Developed forms and supervised Internal audits. Received ISO Certification from TUV in September of 2010 and successfully passed recertification in September of 2013.

Returned to head up Zoning division due to position being vacated and in need of experienced direction.

Reported directly to President and CEO. Responsible for creation of all advertising and promotions - both local and national for entire company. Worked in conjunction with Graphic Designers to make owners thoughts a reality. Revamped all incentive programs and created co-op programs for distributors.

Responsible for entire division (DuroZone) of Residential/light commercial controls division. Designed and developed flagship product (SMZ) for this product line. Responsible for all new products and promotions. Sales had double digit growth every year for 5 years going from mid 6 figures to 7 due to multiple product introductions, innovation and education.

Oversaw all Divisional products and worked with the President and Sales Manager on promotions, budgeting, Sales person training and development of new and old products. The Department eventually grew to include three Divisional Product Managers and took on the responsibility of Senior Product Manager.

Maintained and provided technical information on all products to both internal and external Sales.In January of 1982 becoame Manager to create and manage the Technical Service Dept. Organized and supervised the Service Dept. Wrote and updated all technical manuals.
