As an independent consultant and Epiphany / Data Warehousing SME, provided expertise to client Professional Services team on four different Fortune 500 client engagements. Implemented custom software solutions as technical lead through the full SDLC. Designed and developed a data warehouse on an Oracle/UNIX platform to stage and transform the client’s data prior to extraction into the reporting data mart. Trillium used to cleanse customer data.

Responsibilities as Epiphany SME was to provide expertise on an E.piphany Analytical Platform implementation to a leading retail entertainment corporation. Developed the ETL process from an Oracle Data Warehouse into the reporting data mart while enhancing the performance to increase the efficiency of the application. Trained and mentored eAssist and client resources on how to effectively implement and use the analytics and campaign management applications.

Within E.piphany Professional Services, implemented E.piphany CRM and Database solutions on 10 different client projects spanning numerous industries and countries. Gained expertise on E.piphany Outbound Marketing software. Developed and modeled relational and star schema Data Warehousing solutions on SQL Server and Oracle. As technical lead on several key customer projects, responsibilities included requirements gathering, data architecture, ETL development, front-end reporting configuration, installation and configuration of system components.
