My role as a project manager is dynamic and makes my work different each day. In addition to managing active projects, I am also involved in business development and operational excellence initiatives.In business development contexts, such as responding to proposals, I take the lead on creating project plans and corresponding pricing for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, so that we can best utilize our time and our resources. I also manage the submission of complicated RFPs.On active projects, I manage the project plan to ensure that we stay on time and on budget, I act as the key point of contact for clients, and I proactively monitor (and where possible, mitigate) risks ahead of time, or escalate them to my project sponsors in a timely manner, where more support is needed. I also strive to be adaptive, taking on the level of involvement my individual teams require.Operationally, I have led efforts to catalogue and simplify our list of tools, and have helped create comprehensive pricing spreadsheets to ensure a cohesive pricing model throughout the organization. I also provide reminders and encouragement to my team to complete their required training/performance reviews/systems updates in a timely manner.

In addition to my responsibilities as a Single Point of Contact at Adjuvantz, I have also taken on more of a leadership role. I delegate tasks and assignments to the six members of my team, to ensure that we stay on task and that we are able to help patients in a timely manner. I am heavily involved in ensuring the high quality of our program, by monitoring and updating program Work Instructions, the creation, translation, and editing of client-approved scripting, as well as staff development, training, and evaluations.

My responsibilities include communicating with nurses, patients, insurance companies, and pharmacists to ensure that our patients in the prairies are able to access their medication in a timely manner. I also hejlp to ensure that each case is dealt with with consistent attention and quality.

As an assistant manager, I was responsible for delegating tasks to other employees, training new staff, and assisting in the direction and setup of events.

My responsibilities included interviewing and assisting in decisions about hiring prospective employees, training all employees in up to seven areas, scheduling of employees and management, and running the store, as well as customer service and quality control.
