Specific geographical areas cover Western Balkans and Horn of Africa countries. Specifically, supporting the development of contextualised migration information and awareness raising campaigns and ensuring overall coordination of interested stakeholders. Contributing to developing best practices to counter and prevent migrant smuggling both in third countries as well as in the EU. Direct coordination of projects in third countries to prevent irregular migration and monitoring implementation (e.g. Niger, Mali). Evaluating DG HOME funded project proposals.

EU-funded project “Support to the DCFTA implementation process in the Republic of Moldova”.Assisting the Ministry of Economy and Trade of Moldova in implementing the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) with the European Union. Providing sector research and policy advice pertaining to market access and trade in commodity and services; providing informational support to trade consultations and supporting activities of the trade-related working groups at the ministry, advocacy with government and parliament, organisation of seminars and events.

Central and Eastern Europe. Collecting project information and data in the area of social assistance, child support and policy in order to assist fundraising and marketing activities including drafting fundraising applications, providing information for project plans and narratives, assisting programme teams to compile project and donor reports. Participating in lobbying and advocacy activities with national and regional authorities; organising events for enforcing the capacities of local NGOs active in the same field.

Preparing a case study for the Spanish Prosecution Service and recommending a set of motivational drivers and new working methods with the aim of increasing the labour productivity of prosecutors. The project team won first prize among four similar projects.
