Assisting individuals with Autism and other developmental disorders in gaining independence through the utilization of principles from applied behavioral analysis (ABA). Duties include 1:1 in-home and community interventions, collecting data on client's behavior, working in a team environment for team trainings and meetings, and teaching parents how to implement strategies to continue progress.
