• Responsible for building the business and go to market plan and the required actions for sales, engineering and marketing• Quarterly Business Review of the business and go to market plan with the associated pipeline and sales results• Providing ongoing sales trainings to partners.• Elaboration of business proposals based on customer’s needs and differentiating against competition.

• Building marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues• Acting as key channel strategist to partner's account managers• Partnering w/ marketing & engineering to drive revenue growth• Building and maintaining strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new ones• Managing & facilitating the training and enablement of partners• Metric tracking and reporting based on Revenue & Pipeline goals

• Working with the Partners Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to proactively generate leads• Opportunity identification and account qualification with partners• Reviewing, monitoring, sharing, and reporting on sales and product promotions, channel enablement tools, deal registration• Using several marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business• Management of the sales cycle of opportunities• Elaboration of business proposals based on customer’s needs and differentiating against competition.
