• Feasibility study of drawing received from clients and providing some inputs in design and material for effective cost saving opportunities • Provide Packaging concepts for new projects.• Identify new Packaging Material as per customer needs.• Perform Sampling & Execution of packaging material for approval from clients.• Perform complete analysis and assessment to ensure selected material will achieve first pass yield.• Preparing & submitting Quotes to customers within committed time.• Knowledge on costing of packaging Items.• Often visit to vendors plant for Quality audits.• Designing and developing Tool/Die required for manufacturing packing boxes.• Understanding the customer requirement and providing solution from concepts to mass production.• Managing production schedule for on time delivery and achieving monthly sales turnover.• Have Dealt with Clients from various sectors like Food Industry, FMCG, Medical Industry, Automotive Industry for design and development of their packaging boxes.• Worked in co-ordination at client’s site to solve their packaging needs and give some inputs on packaging design and material for the launch of new products.
