I am a qualified Quantity Surveyor with BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (University of Oxford Brook, UK) and a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics (Business and Technology Education Council (UK).Further, I have 1 and half years of Quantity Surveying (Commercial and Contract Management) experience in the Construction Industry and I have 4 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/MEP Quantity Surveyor, which includes Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveyor (client representative) aspects under Cost Consultant, Employer (Developer) and Contractor.I have professional experience in Construction Estimation and Management for the past 6 years. I am capable of Pre and Post Contracting associated with various projects such as Civil, MEP, Architectural Fit-Outs, Commercial, and High-rise Buildings, and Coordinating and Consulting work.
