As part of my responsibilities, I successfully carried out the continuity and closure of the company's core system migration project, which had a history of approximately 3 years. I coordinated team efforts and worked closely with other involved departments to ensure a seamless migration and a successful transition to the new platform. I made continuous improvements to existing information systems, identifying areas for enhancement in both technological infrastructure and coding, as well as the interaction with functional users. I implemented effective solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency.
