I have been working as a Technical Team Lead / Project Manager since April 2015. Most of our projects are web-based. I lead a small team of web developers, programmers, designers, and testers here. We work using Agile Methodologies. I have also developed a few hybrid Android applications using Java.In the past, I have worked as a freelance web application developer for clients from all over the world for many years, where I have managed projects from start to finish using custom PHP MVC frameworks and Laravel.Most of my work is server-side, but I do have to work on frontend technologies for client-server communication.I have around 20+ years of professional web application development experience.I have mostly worked using core PHP using custom MVC frameworks with OOPs. I am doing projects using Laravel. In the past, I have worked using Cake PHP and also developed custom WordPress plugins.
