Responsible for the maintenance of electrical & instrumentation assets of a 240 TPD Polyester Fibres Plant through a team of 11 managers and 30 skilled techniciansHandled the upgrade and expansion of Foxboro DCS that involved design reviews with Foxboro Singapore and detailed engineering with Chemtex USA.Successfully implemented energy conservation project to operate 10MW engines on a mixture of furnace oil and natural gas. Independently designed and implemented a ‘Data Acquisition System’ using Alan Bradley ‘Control Logix’ PLC and a network of ‘Controlnet’, ‘Modbus’ and ‘Ethernet’ to measure, trend, historize and report all key parameters of the Utilities plant.
