Major functions: - Coordinate a team of 15 linguists for the Russian locale of the products - Creating and maintaining the glossaries, terminology bases, and style guides - Collect the knowledge base for the product and share the knowledge with linguists - Ensure consistency with existing localized versions of surrounding products - Using client-provided backend tools for QA and testing tasks - Maintain and improve the existing procedures to streamline and speed up the workflow - Acting as the main point of contact with various client teams - Revising, proofreading, and editing - Debriefing the linguists regarding the errors found to ensure the development of their linguistic and technical skills and knowledge - Proactively solving the arising queries with the client’s representatives
