Sue defends and advises employers in all facets of employment law including leave administration; claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge; independent contractors; employee classification and other wage and hour issues; wage-hour audits; recruitment and hiring practices; reductions in force and work force restructurings; investigations; restrictive covenants, unfair competition and trade secrets; employment agreements, policies, and handbooks; employment issues arising in business transactions; and human resources best practices. Clients are employers and service recipients in all sectors, including media, technology, retail, manufacturing, energy and environmental, airline, agriculture, health care, construction, and professional and financial services. Sue defends employers in single and multi-plaintiff, multidistrict, and class action lawsuits.
