HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT:⦁Responsible for Successfully operation of Entire Guest House & All bachelor hostels. ⦁Allotment of Rooms, Finalization of Food Menu, Ensuring quality of Food, Taste, Quantity. ⦁Monitoring and Checking billing process, Ensuring deduction from Employees Salary. ⦁Finalization / Renewal of contract of catering services and Other Services.Facilities Management:⦁Setting up new offices, Canteens, Hostels etc. including building construction,sanitation, furniture etc.⦁To make physical arrangements in various events, functions being organized by Company.⦁To ensure proper housekeeping in Hostels, Guest House & offices etc.⦁Initiate for indenting materials and its follow-up in procurements.⦁Supervision of Electrical /Plumbing / Carpentry and other works for Maintenance of Furniture/Building.VIP VISIT/PROTOCAL: ⦁Proficient in Assisting CMDs/MDs/CEO/Bankers/ of the companies with Day-To-Day work and other administrative Functions during their visit to site. ⦁Maintain High level of confidentiality and integrity.⦁Co-ordination for Guest House, Hotels, vehicles with corporate office and other units during all VIP visit.⦁In charge of Entire Administration during visit of Company Officials/Bankers / Govt. Officials.⦁Handling special assignments on need basis during these visits.Transport Management: ⦁To supervise the work of Transport Department.⦁Running four wheeler / buses for bringing the huge work force to plant and return. ⦁Plant’s internal shuttles, Fleet of LMVs for day to day movement.⦁Arrangement of vehicles on hire basis from private agencies for VIPs/Govt. Official and Delegations.⦁To introduce new vehicles as & when required by company.⦁To ensure schedule maintenance of all company owned vehicles.Tour & Travel Management:⦁Arrangement of Train/Flight tickets of employees going on Official tour. ⦁Guest House/Hotels/Transport for employees going out station on official Tour.
