Innovation leader and strategist @ Hello Future. I work with CEO:s and C-suite leaders to form strategies and ways of working that unleash action and progress in companies. It frustrates me to no end how many companies lack clear ideas of how to evolve and innovate and grow to their full potential, so that is the challenge I have spent my career so far trying to help leaders tackle.I have been a part-time/full-time entrepreneur my whole career, and I have experience from projects with clients in both the private and public sector, from start-ups and small business to large municipalities, regional and state organisations. I have worked with a wide swath of industries including health care, housing, forestry, public libraries, a number of SaaS-companies, online e-commerce and travel, to name a few. I do a lot of project management, frequently run workshops and host episodes of our podcast Transformationspodden. From 2011 to 2019 I ran writing and branding agency Uppfatta. In the fall of 2019, we at Uppfatta joined forces with Hello Future and opened the company's Umeå office. In 2018 I also founded creative studio Imaginary Sword as a side project where I'm currently designing board games.
