About Stian Skjævesland

I have more than 15 years experience with real-time systems for drilling and well operations with KONGSBERG. I started as service engineer and have since been Group Manager for the Project Deliveries team deploying real-time solutions across the globe and also helped establish our 24/7 support organization. Since 2014 I have been working in commercial teams, a few years as Regional Sales Manager EMEA, then leading the global sales organization from 2020. Together our team increased order intake year-on-year every year since. I have been involved in all parts of the process on sales, planning, commissioning, testing, training and support on KONGSBERG’s world leading applications for real-time drilling data and I’m currently tasked with leading the standardization of our customer success service across the organization.
