Als algemeen directeur van Hotel Obligaties ben ik uitermate positief over de belegginskansen die Griekenland en daarmee Athene biedt. De griekse economie groeit maar het tourisme met een groei van meer dan 600% sinds 2013 in Athene maakt een Hotel Obligatie tot zeer interessante beleggingscathegorie. Hotel Obligaties worden uitgegeven op initiatief van Hotel Group Netherlands. Hotel Group Netherlands investeert in toeristisch vastgoed in de hoofdsteden van de Europese Unie. De huidige uitgifte richt zich op Athene, een stad met cultuur, historie en 300 dagen zon per jaar. Griekenland en daarmee ook Athene zit in een sterk herstel. Vastgoedprijzen lopen op, de economie groeit, de rente voor staatsobligaties is stabiel en dalend. Bovendien weten elk jaar weer meer toeristen Griekenland te vinden.
