Since my youth I was always 'that kid' that opened things up to see how they worked. Naturally, this love of building and tearing things apart led me into a career in Engineering. Having been involved with electrical design of aircraft environmental control systems, through the "playground" of Bell Labs, to Smartphone and Multi-Gbps Optical networking technologies, I feel blessed to have acquired multi-disciplined training. I still marvel at the dynamic effect technological advances have on our lives- and that I have played even a small part in bringing some of those products into the marketplace! I have extensive experience in Product Architecture definition, Systems & Concept Engineering, Research & Development of Networking and Telecommunications systems, and Protocol & Algorithmic design in Cellular, Power, and Thermal Management. I enjoy analytical problem solving and offer a proven ability to coordinate and work with multi-disciplined multi-national teams to solve complex technical issues. I feel one of my strengths is being able to listen to what a customer wants and then translate those wants and needs into technical requirements.
