Respond to private and 9-1-1 calls throughout the South Whitehall area including Upper Macungie, Whitehall, Coplay and parts of Salisbury and Weisenberg Townships. Provide first response care to local citizens, and assisting paramedics in providing advanced life support. Communications Controller responsibilites include managing multiple emergency and non-emergent units, dispatching calls and taking emergency calls.

Receive, interrogate and dispatch emergency calls for the Allentown Police, Fire and EMS Departments as well as the Allentown Parking Authority, Animal Control and after hours for all public works.

Led groups in activities such as teambuilding, wilderness survival, archery, long-distance hikes, leadership activites, and horseback riding.

Worked with guests of all ages, specifically children, to assist with goal-making and to assist with making both physcial and mental goals. Trained in belay systems including resistance blocks, GRE-GRE's, prussick pulling, and ATC belay.
