As the CEO of Turnaround Management Association (TMA), I lead a global non-profit organization that strengthens the economy by helping distressed companies improve performance, manage disruption, and restructure work. With over 30 years of experience in corporate restructuring, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and connections to this role, which I have held since July 2018.My mission is to create impactful opportunities for the nearly 10,000 members of TMA's 58 chapters across the world, by providing them with networking, education, and certification resources. I also foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and empowerment among our members, who represent various professions and backgrounds in the turnaround and corporate renewal space. Our Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) program is the gold standard in the industry, and our Network of Women (NOW) and NextGen leaders are strong and inspiring.Before joining TMA, I co-founded and co-led Esquify, Inc., a legal tech startup that developed an AI-driven platform for legal document review, which was acquired by a leading provider of legal services. I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency in the legal sector. I also have a background in public service, having started my career with the U.S. Department of Justice. I am honored to give back to the professional community that has supported me throughout my journey.
