Ssu is an experienced product designer with a first-class honours degree in industrial design from RMIT University, Australia. After 8 years in Australia, she eventually moved back to Taiwan and started her career as a product designer at a startup company and soon became the lead of design, assisting the company in launching several successful products. After participating in two startup incubator programs, one in Taipei and one in San Francisco, with her former company, she decided to become a full-time freelancer to get her hands on a wider variety of projects. Her clients were across various industries, from large corporates like Microsoft to small startups, and she also assisted many local companies in reshaping its businesses images and strategies. Her strengths and professional skills supported her in completing more than 190 major projects without failure throughout her time as a freelancer. She was invited to join Aegis Custody in 2020 and started leading the product and development team ever since, helping Aegis shape its path in the world of blockchain and deliver multiple core products and services for the company.
