Project execution was in 2 phases, multiple shutdowns and an integration with the existing refinery configuration. New Process Units included (HPU, DHT, SRU, SWS, PSA, NS, ISOM, GHT), New O&U included (CWS, SGEN, DW, WWT, LP Flare, FW Network) and Revamped Units included (Interconnecting lines, Storage Tanks, CCR-PSA ). Refinery Capacity increased to 210,000 BPSD. Successfully completed the process test run and package acceptance of the New Steam Boiler systemCreated a burner efficiency calculation model in Excel using “ASME PTC 4-2013” standardIdentified the deviations of the steam quality between the test results and guarantees, and collaborated with the Contractor in troubleshooting and making the necessary corrections
