TL; DR - Operations Researcher + Software developer + Business Problem solver + Open Source Enthusiast.I am working towards becoming an independent researcher and a 10xp someday. Operations Research, Optimization & Data Science and Algorithms are my areas of interest. I apply research from the academia to the industry, mostly by implementing Optimization/Decision support systems through code. I have worked on Decision Support systems development & algorithm design in Supply chain, Inventory & MRP area, Scheduling in Transportation industry. I actively identify business problems and provide solutions. With my technical background and being a (self-taught) programmer, I implement ideas into production code. I like optimizing (the heck out of) code, managing complex systems and reading about programming language internals. Still a long way to go and learning is a never ending path. Solving problems keeps me going, especially finding better solutions to NP-hard problems.
