Served as co-leader of the Integration Management Office with respect to Ankura Consulting's acquisition of Navigant's Disputes, Forensics & Legal Technology (DFLT) Segment for which Sharon was the COO. Sharon helped to design and implement critical operational and technological changes necessary to integrate the global DFLT business into Ankura's domestic infrastructure and organization.

Served as COO for a newly formed $300M+ business segment comprised of a Disputes and Forensics/Investigations business, a Construction business, an Economics business and an outsourced claims administration practice. Responsible for overall Segment operations including working with Segment Leadership to develop overall Segment strategy and annual financial budgets, optimizing financial performance and implementing margin enhancement initiatives, developing recognition and compensation plans and preparing quarterly Board reporting. Also, served as the Chairperson of the Firm's Operating Committee from 2012-2016.

Served as the COO for the Disputes & Investigations practice which was a $210+M business comprised of ~500 professionals providing a wide range of services to clients facing the challenges of disputes, litigation, forensic investigation, discovery and regulatory compliance in all industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance and Energy. Sharon managed financial performance, professional development of personnel, resource management, compensation strategies, communications and overall operations of the practice.

Served as the Segment Leader of Navigant's $320+M Business Consulting Services group which was comprised of the Firm's Energy, Healthcare, Financial and Insurance Services advisory practices that offered accounting advisory, investment banking, operations and process improvement, restructuring, transaction advisory, risk management, compliance and technology strategy services. In this role, Sharon was responsible for the overall management of the business segment including: ownership of the business unit financial statements, working with practices to prioritize and drive practice acquisitions and other investments, development of Segment strategic planning and market positioning strategies, and optimizing the distinctive capabilities of individuals and teams within the business unit.

Sharon was promoted to Financial and Insurance Services Practice Leader and was responsible for establishing the strategic, financial and operational direction of the newly formed practice which provided project management, financial, accounting and operations advisory services to all segments of the financial services industry. Designed and developed an outsourced claims administrative center in Princeton, NJ to provide cost-effective solutions to 25+ defendants and their insurers faced with data and analytical challenges due to asbestos litigation.

Sharon was promoted in six years from Staff Consultant to Partner (Vice President) based on demonstrated leadership, successful business development, consistent high-quality work product and exceptional client service. Sharon began her Consulting career in the Construction practice of Peterson's New York City office. Sharon managed, executed and sold complex engagements to existing and new clients--from Law Firms to Fortune 100 Companies.
