Starting my career as a web developer 9 years ago, I always pursued two main goals: create products that matter and make people lives easier by implementing those products. I started as a junior web developer and grew to the CEO of my own company with a professional team. Was it 5 team members or 20 – we always aim to create a friendly environment to support each other. My professional journey has been about putting myself in new and sometimes uncomfortable positions, knowing this is how you take leaps to become a better leader.
