    Studied the effect of senescence on subcellular fractions of HeLa cells using SILAC-based quantitative proteomics, which indicate lysosome-dysfunction initiated oxidative stress was responsible for cell senescence. Developed and tested a new set of isobaric tags for quantitative proteomics. This set of tags enabled quantification of 10 peptide samples simultaneously. These tags were applied to study to dynamic phosphorylation events induced by exogenous ligand.
