After I began handling the financial duties of the companies, filing extensions that were once habitually requested from the IRS became a thing of the past, which resulted in less tax filing fees for the companies' ownership.• Successfully identified for the owner opportunity costs that were directly impacting his bottom line and worked together to lead a successful overhaul of services and operating policy that had put him on track for his first million inside of two years. This course of action had nearly doubled the amount of revenue he had been making from my original date of hire at that particular position.• Decreased employee turnover and employee unemployment claims to zero by establishing professionally-aimed programs geared toward employees, which reduced the amount of UC (unemployment compensation) employer sided taxes into a reasonably negligible amount in stark contrast to what it once was. This move greatly benefited the employee experience as well, as it created a well-oiled, productive machine that fostered employee morale/retention & encouraged an open-door policy between employee and employer.As the point-person and problem-solver for small businesses, I frequently thought to myself about what the perfect employee would look like that would solve all of my business needs.
