Throughout my career, I’ve learned that growth requires adaptability, continuous learning, and a deep commitment to both personal and organizational development.Starting my career as a sales expert, I transitioned into broader leadership roles over time, with a particular focus on intent-based leadership—a philosophy I live by: "If you want people to think, give intent, not instructions" (L. David Marquet). I have had the privilege of leading international and diverse teams in various domains, from sales and customer care to strategic procurement, supply chain, finance, controlling, and accounting. I am passionate about creating collaborative, high-trust environments where teams are empowered to take ownership, solve problems, and innovate. By focusing on people-first leadership, I’ve helped teams achieve extraordinary results, including significantly growing sales and driving operational improvements across regions.Outside of work, I am grounded by nature and enjoy spending time hiking in the Austrian mountains, playing tennis, and supporting my local football club.
