As an HR Manager at VHRS, I provide on-demand outsourced HR solutions to a diverse range of clients. Our clientele primarily includes small and medium-sized businesses across South Africa. We offer comprehensive business support throughout the entire employee journey, including Talent Acquisition (recruitment, induction and probation processes), Talent Management (performance evaluations), leave management, payroll assistance and legal support. In my current capacity as an HR Manager, I engage directly with founders in a client-facing capacity, working closely alongside our HR Business Partner (HRBP). I take great pride in providing on-call solutions to our clients and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services, which include, but are not limited to, the following:Talent Acquisition:- Recruitment- Contract creation and issuance- Creation and management of induction checklists and internal liaison with relevant teams (IT, Finance)- Welcome presentation to the company- Probation procedure set-up and outcome meetingTalent Management:- Creation of a performance digest for performance meetings- Scheduling and set-up of performance meetings for the full team- Internal communication to launch the performance procedure on our tool, Pulse and gathering on-going feedback from managers and employees to improve the process- Gathering insights for HR reporting and providing feedback to managers and foundersLegal support:- In collaboration with our Labour Attorney, we decide on the best course of action, inform the employee to create awareness of the next steps taking place, and write up the minutes of disciplinary sessions that took place.- The issuing of notices and warnings- Continuous monitoring and follow ups with management to ensure we are on track
