In this role, I am responsible for overseeing and providing support for end-to-end recruitment requirements, specifically focusing on Ad-Hoc and Annual Recruitment Campaigns for Medical Officers across NSW Health. My responsibilities encompass the entire employee life cycle, involving HR generalist activities and administration, from pre-employment screenings, contract generation, and candidate onboarding to position management and employee exits. Additionally, I manage the HR inbox, reviewing and responding to enquiries in accordance with business policies and procedures. High-level administrative tasks, such as the preparation of Letter of Offers and Recruitment Checks, fall within my purview. I assist and advise Health Agency key stakeholders throughout the Medical Officer application processes, providing Help Desk support to both external and internal customers. Upholding a commitment to exceptional customer service, I deliver solutions to customer enquiries while effectively prioritising and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Successfully managing relationships with customers, I exercise sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and contentious issues. Operating in a high-volume data processing environment, I navigate conflicting customer demands and strict deadlines. Furthermore, I serve as the designated Cultural Coordinator for the team, overseeing and executing team cultural activities.
