Excited to be starting my HR/TA Journey with Peraton in the Workforce Planning Program. The opportunity to assist current employees to retain roles and seek greater opportunity within the company feels like the perfect fit for me. My transition from Executive Assistant to TA has allowed me to bring a diverse range of administrative and organizational experience and skills to my new role. My social work background of advocacy, case management and administrative skills provides an excellent merger for the variety of tasks in this talent acquisition role.
