BCEHS oversees the BC Ambulance Service and the BC Patient Transfer Network.Within BC EHS there is a portfolio of 50+ applications at various levels of criticality in support of the paramedics in the field. My team maintained, enhanced, and supported those applications. The solutions covered most major software platforms in existence today, from thick and thin clients on Windows, to collaboration tools on SharePoint, to server based processing using Linux and Java, to mobile solutions running on iOS. To deliver on that portfolio, I managed the product backlog for each system, performed the sprint planning, worked with the different business units to identify key initiatives and areas for improvement and worked to identify solutions.
