Established performance measurements, including success measures that were tracked and refined over time. This process allowed the Department and the Chair to routinely meet or exceed the goals set by institutional leadership. Led physician faculty work groups charged with refining the physician compensation plan. This included developing a more specialty specific clinical production based compensation model for the Department that met the compensation plan requirements of the institution. The plan was also modified to improve transparency and align individual and Departmental goals. Negotiated multi-year service agreement with the Hospital that supported the capacity needs of the Hospital while meeting the financial needs of the Department.
