This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment of new hires to the facility, utilizing various recruitment methods with the objective to replace open positions as quickly and economically as possible. Collaborates with Managers in hiring competent and qualified applicants. Assists in the orientating of new employees to the facility. The Recruitment Specialist will also assist in responding to and being knowledgeable of other functions of the Human Resources office.
