Me and my husband run 3 restaurants in Southbourne, Bournemouth. He is the Head Chef, and I am the Pastry Chef and managing director. Roots is a newly awarded 3 AA rosette restaurant specialising in tasting menu experiences. The first ever Restaurant to receive this accolade in BCP area. Also listed in the Good Food Guide, and Michelin Guide with a fabulous reputation for customer service and attention to detail.The Table is an intimate private dining room seating up to 12 people, serving bespoke menus for small gatherings, that we opened in June 2022 after 4 months of intense building works which I project managed.Cork and Lobster opened in February 2023 after 7 months of yet more extensive building works which i raised funding for, designed and project managed whilst running Roots. This up and coming restaurant, specialises in worldly small plates and platters, and is quick gaining critical acclaim.All of this whilst also raising a family. We constantly strive to improve customer experience and operations, and are driven to excellence.
