• Rotational assignment as part of the Company’s Strategic Leadership Rotation Program• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Falls Church Corporate Office (350k sq. feet) and oversight for the Global Corporate Offices (UK, UAE, KSA, Australia, Korea, and Japan). Management of facilities professionals, engineering, executive transportation, conference center, cafeteria, mailroom, reprographics, and multiple vendors (general contractors, janitorial services, engineering, food services, construction/design firms)• Management of the Corporate Environmental Sustainability team which includes establishing and measuring the Company’s sustainability goals (GHG, Water, and Waste). Responsible for the program’s external engagement strategy and stakeholder materiality mapping in accordance with environmental regulations and trends, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3.1 and G4 framework, CDP Climate Change questionnaire and other key external indicators of performance leadership. • Responsible for the Corporate EHS Audit Program which includes 25-30 audits per year globally.• Management of the Enterprise Shared Services Sector from an Environmental, Health, and Safety perspective. • Management of Enterprise Environmental Information Systems (EMIS) which includes GHG, Water, and Waste Tracking (Enablon), Audit (Enablon), EnergyCap, National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). • Chair of the Corporate Environmental Leadership Council and member of the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG)• Budget authority/responsibility: 20M (expense and capital)• Responsible for developing policies, procedures, and processes at the corporate level
