I am a certified and licensed massage therapist who specializes in therapeutic relaxing massages. I incorporate Chinese cupping, esalen CORE bodywork, myoskeletal alignment and stretching to come up with a unique and effective customized treatment plan for each of my guests. Voted Best in Kansas City in 2007, I continue to expand and equip my toolbelt so that I may best serve the needs of those on the table. It is my passion and privilege.

Responsible for the operations and profitability of three high end Aveda lifestyle salons in the area (90 employees). Operate in accordance to the mission of Par Exsalonce and Aveda. Work with the management team to define the culture and develop processes to assure continued development and support of that culture. Work on a daily basis to coach the team towards success and fulfillment. Work with the team to define customer service standards and the training and daily support needed to maintain and improve those standards. Responsible for ordering, training, hiring, cost management, creating job descriptions and postings, meeting planning and presentation, event planning, monthly charitable donation allocation, schedule adjustments, employee coaching and discipline, marketing, fund raising growth from $3,000 to $20,000, scheduling all in house education, planning and implementation of employee and guest incentive programs and more. This job was created to promote growth and create consistency in processes and standards between the three locations. I was given the latitude and autonomy to define the job within those parameters.

Managed approximately 10 stylists and 4 spa team members. My accountabilities were the overall operations and profitability of this location.

Responsible for tending to the wellness needs of my guests. Responsible for growing that business and building my book. Responsible for the day to day operations in the spa. Managed back of the house inventories. Did all hiring, coaching and termination of spa employees. Created and managed weekly constant contact marketing e-mails.

Responsible for operations and all personnel issues including but not limited to training, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and termination of service staff, bartenders, kitchen staff and management of a multi-million dollar business. Responsible to grow the business, define processes and manage costs to assure continued profitability. Management of inventory and cost related processes. Defined and upheld customer service standards of the organization. Responsible for monthly newsletter, internal marketing pieces, weekly ordering, monthly meetings, and event planning.
