Order Management
Current- Customer support including communicating shipment and ordercompletion dates to customers; respond to questions and inquiries and resolve issues
- Proof and place purchase orders with factories for production
- Work closely with Quotes Department team members to ensure all purchase orders are submitted in a timely manner
- Update customers on order status and anticipated delays
- Submit RGA’s for return of defective product
- Maintain acknowledgements, invoices and miscellaneous correspondence in Agile/database
