Working side by side with other work stream owners and client technology contacts to ensure availability and access to data for reporting purposes. Also working on continuous improvement projects to ensure data processes are automated and efficient. Working with various ATS technologies as well as creating solutions within the Power Platform to aide in automation and efficiencies.

- Manage KellyOCG centralized reporting team with focus on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) reporting. Team consists of local and virtual team members- New program reporting implementation. Integral part of new program launch, including testing client ATS (applicant tracking system) to determine whether or not the technology meets our data needs in an effort to provide the best internal and client facing reports- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including data automation through visual basic programming and macros.
