As Division Chief at United States Military Training Mission, I assumed substantial responsibility in maintaining accounts valued in excess of $18B and methodically implementing objectives supporting a high-performing team of 54 U.S. soldiers and civilians.During this time, I devised multipronged agendas and delegated tasks in orchestrating the provision of security assistance services to Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF). I held direct oversight of Saudi Arabia-based military training teams and hosted impactful training exercises for the RSLF Commander in the vital disciplines of leadership development, logistical coordination, personnel staffing, and organizational development.Select highlights of my achievements include:• Launched proactive and highly successful initiative, saving Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case worth $4B previously in jeopardy of being eliminated.• Built sterling reputation for excellence in leadership, serving in all-encompassing role of advisor for RSFL Commander and for all land forces.• Created program designed to increase size of RSLF by one brigade.

As Squadron Commander, I demonstrated my commitment to utmost quality in ensuring timely mission completion, efficient resource management, and high-impact professional development. I conceptualized and presented hands-on training and mentoring activities designed to equip individuals with indispensable skills critical to fulfilling hectic, often unpredictable responsibilities and challenges. During this time, I embraced an immensely demanding leadership capacity in guiding Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) units comprising 68 and 84 soldiers respectively. I also coordinated valuable observation sessions for officer observer, coach, trainers (OC/Ts).Select highlights of my achievements include: • Invested significant time and resources in meticulously preparing over 12,000 soldiers for active duty deployment to Afghanistan combat theater.• Led squadron to repeated victory, ranking as top battalion in brigade.

Led all trainings for multi-component, multi-service combat advisors at the Army's only Security Force Assistance Academy. Taught courses designed to teach leadership practices to soldier for security and team support under Operation Enduring Freedom specializing in security assistance initiatives. Managed the training, discipline, and safety of 75 subordinate officers, NCOs and soldiers in the battalion, as well as 235 attached HHC Brigade soldiers.Key Achievements:▪ Consistently exceeded requirements in all areas of training, administration, and soldier welfare.

Worked alongside the Senior Battalion Leader to support the facilitation of trainings focused on tactics, techniques and procedures used during force-on-force operations. Assessed personnel performance during trainings sessions to identify shortcomings and potential risks. Reported observations to senior leadership which were used to adjust future trainings. Provided detailed feedback directly to field units that shared best practices for optimizing their performance. Managed the check-out, use, and condition of all equipment used by the team.Key Achievements:▪ Mentored 14 field grade officers in their roles and trained 7 battle staffs before they deployed to Afghanistan.

Schweinfurt, Bavaria, Germany

Facilitated training and supervised the daily operations of a 500-person calvary troop. Delegated assignments and monitored the proper allocation of material resources to personnel. Tracked the movement and use of high-value equipment to lower risks of damage or loss. Coordinated the prioritized rollout of logistics that optimized the readiness of personnel for future deployments in a way that mitigated unnecessary delays. Led the inspections and repairs of 109 fleet vehicles and $40M in associated equipment to identify malfunctions and set up repairs so that that all machinery was running at optimal performance. Provided exceptional living conditions for soldiers and their families by keeping housing facilities safe and clean with concerns resolved as quickly as possible.Key Achievements:▪ Led a task force operation compromised of multinational units that conducted 26 large scale operations in the successful recovery of two U.S. service members
