 Maintain all aspects of front office responsibilities including but not limited to phone lines, visitor contacts, teacher support and student needs Provide assistance as needed to the Principal, Assistant Principal, School Secretary, and Nurse Collect student information in order to update records system Coordinate parent mailings and correspondence  Organize data to create reports that contain attendance and state required information Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the school cafeteria Coordinate and implement state required testing to students on a quarterly schedule Support and attend the Parent Teacher Organization’s school functions
