Stacey DeWitt is the CEO and co-founder of CWK Network (CWK), a unique, niche company that uses power of media and the promise of education to produce and distribute documentaries, corresponding educational resource, and other non-fiction content on the social and emotional issues that impact children, families, and communities. DeWitt also oversees the development and distribution of evidence-based, digital educational resources to improve equity, social and emotional learning, and student mental health in the nation’s premiere school systems. Under her direction, CWK’s educational resources have received the highest rating and designations. The company is listed as an “Effective Producer of Programs” on the U.S. Department of Education’s What Works Clearinghouse; Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices (NREPP); and the New York Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). DeWitt was also a television anchor, producer and reporter for ABC, NBC, and PBS affiliates where she developed a deep understanding of the emotional power of storytelling through video and its impact on behavioral change.DeWitt has produced more than 65 documentaries. She received the distinguished Outstanding Achievement Award by Women in Film/Atlanta and has won more than 40 awards for her work as a producer and executive producer, including Emmy® Awards, Parents’ Choice Awards, AiMe, Telly, Prism and Associated Press Awards.
