I work in a fast moving environment that is always changing due to breaking news and entertainment news. Many of my duties include:-Reporting directly to the Picture Editor/Mail Online Picture desk.-The production of images and content able for use on the Mail Online.-Obtaining copyright authorization from various sources including, Picture Agencies, Media Sources, Photographers, Social Media and Private Individuals.-Dealing with the Mail Online news desk and journalists who request that we Source Material, Licence Copyright, Picture Research and requesting the use of images through Social Media. -Monitoring the breaking news and entertainment news and moving materials through the system for both the Mail Online and the Daily Mail Newspaper.

San Francisco

During the summer of 2011, I travelled to San Francisco, California to work with the homeless and children who are less fortunate. I worked in food banks and soup kitchens. I worked in a summer camp for younger children whose parents who were unable to look after their children.

I assisted Professional photographer Andy Coultrup photographing many weddings. Through this experience, I became more creative using a camera and more confident communicating with people.
