Responsible for the operations of women’s reproductive health organization. Provided the administration, coordination, and management of administrative services, program planning and evaluation. Coordinated Total Quality Management program for agency. Duties included direct supervision of Directors of Clinical Services, Education, Administrative Assistant, and Clinician Manager.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

Managed the daily operations of a family planning clinic located in East Cleveland. Oversaw patient appointment scheduling; placed inventory orders and maintained stock. Other duties included client medical intake, medical follow-up for abnormal lab results, pregnancy testing and options counseling. Served as a community educator for on-site training of youth in local high schools. Responsible for HIV education and counseling at the clinic.
