As the VP of Operations at BURLINGTON COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE CENTER, INC., I oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients and staff. I have been working in this role for 4+ years, and I have developed strong skills in data entry, accounts payable, and customer service. I have a background in human resources management and business communications, which I studied at Community College of Vermont and Samuel W. Wolfson High School. I also attended North Florida Community College for some courses, but I did not complete my degree there. Before joining BURLINGTON, I worked as a Client Services Representative at MBA HealthGroup and as an Account Representative and Sponsorship Coordinator at 802 Credit Union, where I gained valuable experience in managing cash vaults, following up with clients, training and mentoring tellers, and developing and executing sponsorship strategies. I am passionate about providing quality service and support to clients and colleagues, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
